We were delighted to welcome David Lewis’s two Ambassadors, Kelvin and Liz Fletcher back to David Lewis’s Warford site last week to see at first-hand the progress we are making with our plans to create new homes for the people we support. During their visit Kevlin and Liz met with some of our fabulous staff team and the people they support. They also met with our Chief Executive, John Heritage; Trustee, Paul Brearley, Head of Fundraising Sarah Johnson; and Capital Projects Manager, Paul Craven to hear more about the plans for the new homes that are being built and the longer-term transformation plans! John Heritage said “It was lovely to have Kelvin and Liz with us last week. They are really great supporters of our work, shining a light on the work we do, providing opportunities for the people we support to do work experience on their farm and helping us raise our profile, as well as supporting events we have. We were also delighted to receive a donation of £450 from a recent event they held at their farm. Last week was special for another reason too, it also marked Liz’s first engagement as an ambassador for our charity” ... See MoreSee Less
